The Procurement Executive is an essential role within the organization, focusing on the efficient procurement of parts to meet sales, inventory, and profitability objectives. This position requires a strategic mindset to maximize return on investment while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Procurement Executive will assist in the daily operations of the parts procurement department, handling both local and overseas procurement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing market demands while ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Control and maintain the parts procurement process to achieve objectives for sales, inventory, and profitability.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the parts procurement department, focusing on local and overseas parts procurement.
- Add new model parts identification and ensure accurate product information inputs and data encoding.
- Follow up on parts claims processing, back orders, and conduct lead time analysis to optimize procurement efficiency.
- Provide product support information to branches, ensuring they have the necessary details for customer inquiries.
- Manage VOR (Vehicle Off Road) and PNI (Parts Not Installed) processing and maintain accurate records for stock reconciliation.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all records, invoices, vouchers, and claims to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor consumption and demand of parts sales, recommending orders based on historical data and market needs.
- Input orders into the Titan system, ensuring accurate processing and tracking of order status.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes that may impact procurement strategies and operations.
Preferred Candidate:
- Must hold a university degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in parts procurement or supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in procurement software, including Titan, and Microsoft Office Suite.
