Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inventory Controller located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Inventory Controller will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control, managing inventory records, and conducting regular stock audits. Additionally, the role includes analyzing inventory data to identify trends, communicating with other departments to coordinate stock requirements, and implementing inventory management best practices.

• Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards.
• Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters.

• Review and approval of purchase requisitions after verification of the purchase conditions (Verifying the Unit Price, Quantity, Consumption, and Qty in transit etc,).
• Comparing the Purchase Order with the Purchase Budget.
• Spot checking at all stock locations.
• Alert all slow and dead stock items and provide timely reports.
• Handling Material issues for S&M (DMI/DMIM).
• Prepare the item-wise turnover, aging report and all necessary stock reports.

• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller,Inventory Manageror similar role.
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Active participation in inventory audits
• Excellent organization skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
