About the Role

The Integration Junior is responsible for supporting the Integration Senior in integrating new or updated systems or solutions with existing systems, ensuring compatibility throughout the process.

Responsibilities
  • Support the integration of systems to meet business requirements
  • Assist in evaluating current systems to ensure departmental needs are met
  • Help manage the integration roadmap alongside the senior and department manager
  • Maintain communication with functional managers to understand information needs and system opportunities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and functionality
  • Comply with ISMS policies and report security breaches or incidents immediately
  • Adhere to environmental regulations as per Kuwaiti statutory bodies and company policies
  • Follow occupational health and safety standards to minimize risks and address nonconformities
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of digital integration systems in telecom
  • Understanding support processes specific to telecom
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python is preferred
  • Understanding of carrier software development lifecycle and automation
  • Familiarity with Cloud deployments (public, hybrid, on-premises), containers, Kubernetes, OpenStack, NFV, hypervisors
  • Strong digital, analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
