In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our company's technology systems. This position requires an experienced engineer who can work collaboratively with other departments, team members, and stakeholders to support the organization's growth and innovation.

Roles And Responsibilities

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Design, implement, and maintain technology infrastructure, including servers, storage, network and security systems.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and implement infrastructure improvements to support business needs.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular security audits and implement measures to ensure data privacy and protection, as well as participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Train and support other team members in infrastructure related tasks.
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends and recommend improvements to the infrastructure as needed.
  
  

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the following industries: ICT, technology, and/or telecoms.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, network, and security systems.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for technology infrastructure operations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic fluency is an advantage.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, upgrade, and support the core infrastructure systems. This role ensures the availability, performance, security, and scalability of enterprise platforms like Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Infoblox, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Office 365. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to infrastructure optimization and security compliance.

• System Administration & Support
  • Manage and administer Active Directory (user accounts, GPOs, trusts, replication, security policies).
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Exchange (mail flow, DAGs, mailbox policies, hybrid configuration with Office 365).
  • Administer and troubleshoot Citrix environments (virtual apps, load balancing, profile management).
  • Manage Infoblox for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.
  • Administer Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) for identity lifecycle and synchronization.
  • Oversee Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, licensing, compliance).
  • Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, including conditional access, PIM, and identity protection.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune (device management, compliance policies, app deployment).
• Maintenance & Upgrades
  • Apply patches, updates, and upgrades across infrastructure systems.
  • Monitor system performance and capacity, ensuring proactive scaling and availability.
  • Plan and execute infrastructure migrations (e.g., hybrid Exchange, Azure AD sync, Citrix, Infoblox upgrades).
• Security & Compliance
  • Implement and enforce security best practices (MFA, least privilege, encryption, monitoring).
  • Maintain compliance with corporate, industry, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities and findings.
• Collaboration & Documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Networking, Security, DevOps, Application teams).
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide Tier 3/advanced support for incidents escalated from NOC/Service desk.

• Bachelor9s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles with enterprise systems.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix, Infoblox, and Office 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Intune / MIM.
• Experience with hybrid cloud (on-premises + Azure).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of security frameworks and best practices (ISO, PCI, NIST, CIS).

Purpose

To manage all project activities to ensure completion of the project within budget and time schedules according to required specifications.

• To draft the project execution plan and execute the approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline objectives.
• To monitor and maintain the project budget.
• To lead project team to ensure timeframes and customer satisfaction are met.
• To ensure all technical information of the project are clearly and fully understood by all project team subordinates.
• To identify manpower needs, and ensure it is aligned with project requirement.
• To review various reports related to the project. This includes technical, financial, administrative…etc.
• To monitor/coordinate resources allocation to achieve maximum utilization and efficiency.
• To prepare and ensure smooth and cost efficient mobilization and demobilization plan at all stages of the project.
• To represent the company and enhance relationships when dealing with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• To select, schedule, and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• To manage and coordinate construction activities with other supporting departments including contracts, procurement, logistics, HR, finance… etc.
• To ensure all HSE and QA/QC policy and procedures are implemented within the project.
• To follow up and coordinate to get the project clearance from the government authorities.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of working experience
• Minimum 10 years as Project Manager
• Certificate in Professional Project Management (PMP) as an advantage

1. Maintain and update all accounts records accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that detailed allocation to cost center, department, division/project, etc., is done correctly;

2. Get daily updates of the projects from various project managers & project teams and encode the details in the project management module;

3. Update all commercial milestones in the project management module for all new contracts and any changes in existing contracts;

4. Follow up with the project team on outstanding commercial information in a timely manner;

5. Update all UPL in the project management module;

6. Provide the MIS on all pending milestones and commercials to project Managers, Finance Head, and GM, and follow up on the pending items with the project team;

7. Raise invoices to customers and track the progress through the project management module;

8. Create weekly MIS on all commercial outstanding items and follow the progress with the various project accounts and operation teams;

9. Enter/supervise all project progress entries in the project management module and update the records in consultation with the project managers to arrive at the monthly revenue for MIS purposes.

10. Coordinate with the IT department on requirements and any present issues related to the project management module and the MIS needed to generate.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum should be a commerce graduate; Inter CA will be an added value.
2. Must have knowledge in accounting/ERP software and should have good computer knowledge and expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the accounts field, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a medium or large organization with a telecom/contracting company background.
