ATLAS is seeking an experienced and operationally agile Project Manager to lead the execution of Translation and Linguistic Services (TLS) in support of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) deployed to the Middle East. Based primarily in Kuwait with oversight of linguist teams in Jordan, the PM will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of contract implementation meet or exceed mission and performance standards.
This role serves as the central point of contact between the Contractor, NATO's support agency (NSPA), and the CAF. It requires a decisive, organized, and mission-aligned leader capable of driving high-performance operations in multilingual, multi-location environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Contractor's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all locations and operational matters.
- Represent the Contractor in all day-to-day activities, including meetings, reporting, and audits.
- Ensure the delivery of all contract services per the Statement of Work.
- Maintain 24/7 availability for coordination and operational oversight.
- Lead and supervise linguist teams across Kuwait and Jordan.
- Support operational tasking, deployment planning, and surge requirements.
- Coordinate with NSPA and CAF to resolve any service delivery issues.
- Ensure timely submission of all reports and deliverables, including KPIs.
- Uphold contract compliance with safety, quality, security, and personnel standards.
Qualifications
Required
- U.S. or Canadian citizenship.
- Hold at a minimum, an active Secret Security Clearance.
- Proven experience in the management of similar projects.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English at a TOEIC level between 785-940 or equivalent (ILR 3+).
- Willing to deploy to Kuwait and/or Jordan.
Desired
- Ability to speak Arabic (Standard or Golf dialect).
- Experience managing linguist or translation service programs.
- Familiarity with NATO, NSPA, or Canadian Armed Forces operational environments.
- PMP or PgMP Certification.

Linguists will support U.S. military operations in Kuwait as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in an assigned area of responsibility. Linguists will contribute an assortment of language services and will be responsible for providing cultural perspective and understanding of the region's historical, political, sociological, and economic trends to select members of the senior leadership staff.
**Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Provide operational contract linguist support for military operations and interpret during interviews, meeting, and conferences
+ Transcribe and analyze verbal communications
+ Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents for key information
+ Supply a variety of translation and interpretation services for Malayalam
Job Requirements:
+ Must be a U.S. citizen.
