Amentum has an upcoming opportunity for an experienced **Program Manager** to support a USCENTCOM CJTF-OIR contract providing intelligence, security operations, all-source and identity intelligence, biometric-related analysis and production supporting tasks. The Program Manager will work on-site in **Kuwait** .
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must possess a current U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
+ Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree eight years relevant management experience
+ At least eight years of experience working in Government environment as either a Member of the Armed Forces, Government or Contractor employee with at least five years management experience including leading large complex projects or multi-disciplined teams
+ At least two years of experience in the CENTCOM AOR
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Education Master's Degree
+ Experience in either Afghanistan, Iraq/SW A regional/political/military issues
+ Former US Army Command or equivalent

The Program Manager (PM) has authority to act on behalf of the contract and has full and autonomous responsibility for the overall effective management and allocation of the personnel and resources necessary to meet all contract specifications. The PM is knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of project operations defined by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Located at the client site, the PM performs overall managerial duties necessary for the successful performance of the program. The PM provides direction and guidance to Managers within the contract. The PM is the Government's primary point of contact for the designated Government Contracting Officer (KO) for the day-to-day operations of each requirement in the PWS. The PM is required to be always reachable for contact by the KO and Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
+ Oversees development, implementation, and application of O&M and management control procedures for the program. Ensures quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness.
+ Maintains an accurate listing of all Key Personnel with contact information and provides it to the COR as changes occur.
+ Designates an individual authorized to act in the PM's absence.
+ The PM is responsible for full performance of services during the absence of employees.
+ Establishes policies and procedures for performance and control of contract-related management functions and the management and supervision of technical support.
+ Directs / monitors the development of project operating procedures.
+ Ensures maintenance and operations of Government systems, infrastructure, and other services are provided as required in support of the project.
+ Monitors the performance of the project.
+ Monitors budget and contractual performance.
+ Acts to minimize / correct discrepant conditions.
+ Oversees Management and submission of CDRL reports as required.
+ Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Basic office equipment.
Working Environment:
+ Normal office environment.
+ May require support during periods of non-traditional working hours including nights or weekends.
Physical Activities:
Must be able to lift / push / pull 40 lbs. unassisted.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications:
+ U.S. Citizen
+ Active TS/SCI level Security Clearance
+ Education: Bachelor of Science / Arts Degree in Engineering, or Computer Science, or Science, or Business Administration, or Mathematics, plus three (3) years of specialized experience; OR Associate's Degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; OR a major certification plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; OR 11 years of specialized experience.
+ Baseline Certification - IAM III (one of the following) : CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO
+ Specialized Certification (both certifications are required) : Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and ITIL Foundation (v3 or above)
+ Specialized Requirements Certification: CCSP-MGR (one of the following and cannot be the same as Baseline Certification) : CISM, CISSP-ISSMP, CCISO
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with military communications systems. At least three (3) years as a supervisor or project manager. Candidate must have proven experience in working with government customers, and must be fluent in all aspects of government and corporate communications media to include all MS Office products, MS Project and must have complete abilities in preparing proposals, cost estimation, and technical writing. Candidate must be an aggressive self-starter with the ability to provide vision to the entire team. The ability to deploy corporate values in support of the US military mission is a must.

American International University (AIU) is looking for dynamic and engaged full- time faculty member for its Foundation Program. AIU welcomes candidates with a vision of excellence in instruction and a commitment to students’ academic success.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides face-to-face instructions to AIU students.
- Plans, prepares lessons to assigned preparatory math courses.
- Maintains accurate grade and attendance
- Collaborates with course coordinators to ensure course objectives are being met.
- Delivers well-planned creative and engaging lessons.
- Selects and uses a range of different learning resources and teaching styles, appropriate to subject and topic.
- Participates in the development of the course curriculum and the production of high-quality teaching and learning resources.
- Commits to create and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment that is conducive to success for all students.
- Promptness and accuracy on maintaining records of student achievements and reporting results of student assessments in accordance with AIU practices and in compliance with the record management system requirements.

- Experience in developing course material as per accreditation and international standards.

Provide students with superior customer service as an advocate and advisor throughout the academic cycle in a fast-paced environment, using various communication channels, to include in-person visits, telephone, e-mail, and videoconferencing.
Promote and support localized UMGC services to include hybrid classes, testing services, and university sponsored events as assigned at site(s).
Provide operational and administrative duties as needed to ensure offices and test centers (if applicable) are properly maintained by test agency standards.
Maintain and expand knowledge and proficiency with UMGC systems to include all customer relationship management (CRM) databases to include Salesforce, Peoplesoft, and other university sponsored systems.
Document all student contact through UMGC's Customer Relations Management System and schedule appropriate follow-up activities.
Provide daily customer service and communicate with prospective and current students in a fast-paced, in person environment and also, through phone, email, CRM, and video communications.
Maintain a positive relationship with the Education Services Officer (ESO), Specialists/Counselors, military partners, and equivalents. Provide periodic briefings as allowed to update military representatives on UMGC programs of interest.
Organize and participate in local outreach activities to include, Education Fairs, Open Houses, Semester Start-ups, Student Appreciation Days, Local Graduations and other events as needed, professionally representing UMGC.
Track and analyze class enrollments and student interest, as well as local degree progression, to provide input on scheduling; ensure classrooms are provided with adequate space and needed technology for class instruction; be present at the first class session to provide assistance to instructors and students; and assist faculty in obtaining base access to attend class on their assigned installation.
Provide assistance with processing students' military documentation (i.e. Tuition Assistance forms, orders, etc.)
Distribute marketing, advertising, and mass media materials at assigned locations when permissible.
Execute site specific outreach plans and participate in outreach events to support university goals towards recruitment and retention.
Provide National Test Center testing services on a basis that meets community demand while balancing other, outlined duties and maintain NTC trainings/certifications as required.
Participate in UMGC staff meetings, professional development activities and training sessions as required.
Track and compile monthly statistics and provide reports as needed.
Maintain appropriate communication with immediate supervisor and other UMGC staff to ensure timely resolution of student issues/escalations.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree from a U.S. regionally accredited institution or foreign degree equivalent
Background in customer service
Able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with accurate attention to detail
Possess basic office management and clerical skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Successful applicants must be able to pass background check and meet requirements for individual logistic support (ILS).
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Applicants with a U.S. valid driver's license and ability to obtain military driver's permit in the host nation.
