Description
A reputed Freight Forwarding company is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator responsible for the following tasks:
- Quote agents & customers for all air, sea, and overland export inquiries
- Negotiate rates for air, sea, and overland freight operations
- Send routing details and follow up with origin, updating customers on shipment status until arrival in Kuwait or other destinations
- Update the tracking sheet with shipment status and send daily updates to customers
- Complete costing & billing for both import and export jobs
- Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor to meet business needs
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Experience: 2-3 years in Freight Forwarding & Logistics sector
- Visa: No. 18 Transferable for immediate joining
