In this role, you’ll dive deep into campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to ensure every marketing decision is backed by insight, not guesswork. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, and email marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI, conversion rates, CPA, and CLV.
  • Track and report on KPIs, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, website traffic, customer behavior, and market conditions.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis.
  • Analyze and monitor social media and influencer campaign performance, recommending content strategy improvements.
  • Work closely with digital marketing and creative teams to align on goals and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors for smooth execution and reporting.
  • Track budgets, analyze cost efficiency, and recommend ways to optimize spending.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on analytics.
  • Proven experience with campaign management on social platforms, Google Ads, and digital advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS and basic web design tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and current digital marketing trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
