We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales and Business Development Specialist to grow our presence in the Kuwait market , with a primary focus on selling gym equipment and fitness solutions . The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales , strong connections with fitness centers, hotels, real estate developers, corporate wellness programs , and other clients who require commercial-grade fitness solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the fitness and sports equipment market across Kuwait.
- Build strong relationships with B2B clients such as gyms, hotels, residential compounds, real estate developers, universities, and corporate wellness centers.
- Understand client needs and offer customized fitness equipment solutions (machines, flooring, accessories, services).
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demos, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and after-sales service coordination.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery , project planning, and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends , competitor activity, and product innovations to strategically position offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress regularly to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the Kuwait market is a must.
- Experience in the fitness, sports, wellness, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the commercial fitness segment and its client types (hotels, gyms, real estate developers, etc.).
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and close high-value deals.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred.
- Must be based in Kuwait or have prior work experience in the Kuwait market with an existing network.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing portfolio of clients in the fitness or B2B wellness space.
- Understanding of gym layout planning, fitness center design, and product mix selection.
