**Role and Responsibilities**
- Define and implement development strategies, processes, and standards to optimize development workflows and enhance productivity across the organization.
- Collaborate with software development, operations, and quality assurance teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Establish and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using industry-standard tools and technologies.
- Design and implement infrastructure as code solutions for provisioning, configuring, and managing cloud-based and on-premises environments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of Project Management tools like MS Project, Jira and Project Management methodologies like Agile, Scrum & Waterfall
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with a proven track record of leading successful DevOps initiatives (preferred).
- Strong technical background in software development, system administration, and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of middleware programming & tools like Mulesoft or Workato.
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in configuration management tools.
- Knowledge of PHP, React JS, Angular JS, Next, HTML, HTML, React, Python.
- Experience in UI/UX design & Development.
- Knowledge in Generative AI, Neural Networks, Natural language Processing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
