  • At least 7+ years of total experience as a Drilling HSE officer / Adviser / Supervisor (Onshore or offshore drilling)

  • Develop annual and long term action plans designed to ensure that Eaton targets for growth in the assigned territories are met.
  • Ensure timely, accurate quotations of the project quotes in assigned areas.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales analysis on a monthly/weekly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts.
  • Provide technical backup to ensure client design approval is secured along with commissioning support (as required) for the ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern.
  • Effectively manage the design and implementation of the projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion and handover.
  • Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals required for Eaton products.
  • Maintain effective customer relations with Consultants, Contractors and End users to ensure and achieve the desired market position for the products.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the management regarding product requirements for the target markets with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable market growth.
  • Undertake Distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment.
  • To communicate and connect other Eaton divisions in order to support and deliver cross selling within Eaton divisions in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
  • Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
  • 7+ years experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems - Candidate must possess good direct selling skills in State of Kuwait.
  • Sales experience and general understanding of low voltage electrical products.
Skills
  • Technical knowledge in Emergency Lighting or Safety Systems is required
  • Presentation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Electrical products instrumentation knowledge
  • PC literate
  • Must have a transferable Visa
