We are seeking an Environmental Engineer – Data Analysis and Training Coordinator to support the Environmental Department in two key areas: environmental KPI data analysis and the management of internal environmental training programs. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Supervisor position for drilling projects (onshore or offshore). Location: Ahmadi, Kuwait .

• At least 7+ years of total experience as a Drilling HSE officer / Adviser / Supervisor (Onshore or offshore drilling)
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent
• Last position held shall be in onshore / offshore drilling HSE (Supervisor) min 5 years

Job Summary:

The QHSE Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization. This role focuses on promoting a culture of safety and compliance, improving operational efficiency, and reducing workplace risks. The QHSE Manager will lead safety initiatives, audits, and training programs to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards, ensuring adherence to legal and internal regulations.

Requirements:
