Location: Salmiya, Block 10 – Kuwait
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible, based on guest check-in timings)
Salary: KD 250/month + KD 50–75 monthly incentive

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day housekeeping operations
Inspect apartments before guest check-ins to ensure cleanliness and readiness
Communicate with cleaners and assign daily cleaning schedules
Monitor cleaning supplies and report needs for restocking
Ensure linen and laundry services are maintained on time
Handle urgent cleaning or maintenance issues if notified by guests
Report any damages or missing items post-check-out
Update host/owner daily about apartment readiness
Occasionally assist with light errands or guest needs if required
Requirements
English speaking is mandatory
Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred (not mandatory but ideal)

The Housekeeping Supervisor at AIU will oversee the daily housekeeping operations within the university's facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating cleaning schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the department meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage housekeeping staff, including assigning daily tasks, scheduling shifts, and monitoring performance.
