About The Role

The purpose of this role is to support the company’s strategic growth by providing technical sales expertise across key market segments and actively contributing to outside sales initiatives. The Sales Engineer acts as an Outside Sales professional, supporting a range of sales activities and managing customer relationships to drive business development and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for RLC (Residential Light Commercial) & VRFs. Engage with contractors, and end-users to promote our product offerings. Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and timelines.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions. Respond to inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise & Support: Provide expert knowledge on HVAC systems, focusing on RLC (Residential Light Commercial) & VRFs. Assist in the selection and implementation of HVAC solutions for clients. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the HVAC industry. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and presentations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and project documentation. Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline, opportunities, and client feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, specifically with Residential Light Commercial & VRFs.
  • Proven experience in developing and closing large-scale HVAC projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, particularly Residential Light Commercial & VRFs.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and HVAC-related software. Strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the brands achieve their expansion programs in collaboration with brand teams. The role negotiates and achieves development agreements with franchisors in line with AMR growth plans, manages the equity property portfolio to minimize property cost inflation, identifies asset management opportunities, and provides professional property advice to the business.   • Lead site acquisitions for new units, overseeing identification, securing sites, and handover to Construction while maintaining pipeline communication.
  • Handle financial operations of the property, including preparing and maintaining financial statements.
  • Maintain awareness of strategic developments and liaise with Market Planning.
  • Ensure pipeline readiness to meet growth expectations.
  • Review market insights and take action to serve the company’s best interest.
  • Monitor lease negotiations, including rental reduction negotiations and contract renewals.

  • Establish negotiation best practices to ensure cost savings and effective investments.
  • Role model compliance with Americana processes, internal policies, code of conduct, and core values.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • BSc/BA in Business Management or a related field.

Job Description

To assist customers by enhancing and promoting sales of products and services in the showroom. The job role focuses on obtaining the knowledge and skills to identify and fulfil customer needs, and direct sales transactions to achieve overall sales targets in cash, warranty programs and accessories.

Job Responsibilities
  • Promotes products and services to customers via online chatting.
  • Maximizes sales transactions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strives to achieve pre-set sales targets in cash, warranties and accessories.
  • Seeks to improve and enhance his/her level of product knowledge.
  • Ensuring sales opportunities are constantly converted to sales transactions.
  • Creating sales invoices and mastering BO & POS applications.
Customer Service
  • Follow the quality assurance guidelines in dealing with the customers.
  • Provide high level of service to all customers.
  • Being constantly aware of customer needs.
  • Interacts with customers via WhatsApp and live chat in a friendly and honest manner.
  • Demonstrates high level of product knowledge.
  • Recommends and encourages customers for best products and services based on their own needs.
  • Expedites sales process in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Explains D&I and return and exchange policies to customers.
  • Avoids harsh arguments and conflicts with customers.
Operations
  • Being aware of all active and upcoming promotions.
  • Keeps all company information including sales figures strictly confidential.
  • Follows all company safety and security procedures.
  • Master computer applications (Outlook, SAP, POS & BO).
Candidate Requirements
  • High School/Diploma
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Good English language
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
