The Health & Safety Assistant is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and addressing all safety-related issues encountered, and ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.

• Ensure all equipment and plant on site are monitored and regularly inspected to meet statutory and safety standards, and maintained in good condition
• Conduct routine inspections at all DSV facilities, including warehouses and offices, to determine hazards and continually monitor site conditions to ensure hazards are eliminated and/or minimized
• Ensure radioactive substances, explosives, gases, and all inflammable, toxic or dangerous materials are stored in the manner laid down in statutory, company and client regulations
• Follow up on reports for critical injury or fatality
• Ensure safety issues are discussed in toolbox meetings and inspect records of the same

• High school or associate degree in Safety Inspection
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in safety inspection or related field

• Minimum Level 1 IWCF certificate – introductory / Well sharp.

Job Summary:

The QHSE Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization. This role focuses on promoting a culture of safety and compliance, improving operational efficiency, and reducing workplace risks. The QHSE Manager will lead safety initiatives, audits, and training programs to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions, where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as industrial safety, occupational health, environmental science, or engineering.
• Minimum five to six years of experience in a QHSE position.
• Recognized certifications in safety management, risk assessment, or occupational health.
• Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication.
• Experience managing audits and compliance with international QHSE standards.
