We’re looking for a Health Club Receptionist who will be the welcoming face of our Health Club while actively engaging in tele-sales, achieving sales targets, and supporting the team in driving overall Health Club revenue in a 5-star hotel environment.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Greeting members and guests warmly, handling check-ins, renewals, and general inquiries.
Managing telephone and email inquiries, providing accurate information, and converting calls into confirmed memberships or bookings.
Conducting tele-sales activities to generate leads, promote memberships, and follow up with potential clients.
Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the overall team target and revenue goals of the Health Club.

What we need from you:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury health club, or customer-facing sales environment.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, preferably in tele-sales or membership sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming personality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
