The Showroom Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by guiding clients through the vehicle selection and sales process. The role involves promoting the dealership's automotive brands, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Responsibilities- Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives
- Maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations
- Answer customers’ questions on the phone or refer callers to the appropriate person
- Ensure customers are aware of all products and services available
- Resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed
- Address customer hesitation and resistance
- Calculate cost allowances, fees, financing costs and down payments to determine vehicle price
- Ensure that the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately documented and registered
- Conduct a memorable handover with the customer
- Network by asking for referrals and following up on prospects (telephone prospecting/canvassing)
- Prospect for new customers
- Capture prospect information and maintain a prospect database
- Communicate with customers periodically to maintain positive relationships
- Follow the Order-to-Delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction
- 2 - 4 years of experience in the sales field or in the hospitality sector
- Bilingual - good command of both English and Arabic
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and account growth across Oracle solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, On-Premise, and Alloy). The role involves managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle-based solutions through close collaboration with internal teams and strategic partners.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesYour role will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for Oracle products and services.
- Managing and expanding relationships with assigned accounts, particularly within the public sector and enterprise clients.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients, Oracle, and JMT, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
- Leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including RFP/RFQ management, solution positioning, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Collaborating with Oracle TAMs, Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, providing regular updates to management.
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes, legal frameworks, and Oracle partner requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
To apply to this role, you must meet the below criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle technologies.
- Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and On-Premise portfolios, including Fusion Applications, OCI, and Exadata.
- Experience in managing enterprise/public sector accounts in Kuwait or GCC region.
- Demonstrated track record of closing large-scale ($1M+) deals.
- Knowledge of cloud transformation, digital initiatives, and IT modernization projects.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
