- Lead teams of service engineers on major projects (commissioning, upgrades, capital projects).
- Act as the primary customer contact, resolving complex technical and logistical challenges.
- Develop and deliver training programs to customer personnel on OEM equipment.
- Support account teams with technical expertise to enhance customer strategies and business growth.
- Mentor and manage junior engineers, sharing your technical expertise.
- Ensure customer expectations are met while upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, A.S. in Power Plant Technology, or 8+ years of equivalent field experience.
- Strong technical expertise with Boilers, HRSGs, and related systems (Pipework, Pressure parts, Pulverizers, Precipitators, etc.).
- Knowledge of related plant equipment (turbines, generators, environmental systems).
- Proven leadership in managing projects and teams in industrial environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor others and act as a subject matter expert across multiple equipment types.
- Extensive travel and temporary on-site residence at customer facilities.
- Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Resilience to thrive in demanding, international, and remote site environments.
