Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (concept through launch).
• Proficiency in Figma as a standard UI/UX design tool.
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, Webflow) is a plus.
• Experience working in SaaS, HR-tech, or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
