Managing a team of 4 in Kuwait (1 Analyst, 2 Accountants and a Cost Controller) and 1 Assistant Manager in KSA. Key Responsibilities : Financial Planning and Analysis: ·Develop, implement, and manage the annual budgeting process. ·Conduct regular financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. ·Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. 2. Financial Reporting: ·Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements. ·Generate financial reports for stakeholders, including executives and franchise owners. ·Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. 3. Cash Flow Management: ·Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability. ·Implement effective cash management policies and procedures. ·Work closely with operational teams to optimize working capital. 4. Financial Controls: ·Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets. ·Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. ·Identify and mitigate financial risks. 5.
