Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planner located in Ahmadi. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events. This includes developing event concepts, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, handling logistics, and ensuring successful event execution. The Event Planner will also be tasked with sales activities related to event sponsorships and collaborations.
Qualifications

Ensure all events run smoothly by monitoring timelines, setup, deliverables, and contingency plans. Develop original and engaging concepts for events, seasonal campaigns, and community initiatives. Prepare comprehensive event plans, production timelines, and post-event analysis reports. Lead on-site operations, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure high-quality execution.
