To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operation of branches while taking accountability for reaching targets. You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals combining excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- 1. Promote the company and its services by coordinating with Sales, Management, Finance, IT and Media Relations teams
- 2. Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- 3. Evaluate metrics and instruct Sales Managers to achieve the targets.
- 4. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports and submit findings and analysis to senior management
- 5. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
- 6. Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
- 7. Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
- 8. Comply with industry laws, regulations and ISO requirements and develop policies or procedures for logistics activities based on the same.
- 9. Train shipping department personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding global logistics strategies.
- 10. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- 11. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- 12. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth and participate in decisions for business growth and development.
- 13. Suggest new and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- 14. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

Amentum is seeking a Regional Manager, 401st Army Field Support Brigade, in support of The US Army Communications-Electronics Command Software Engineering Center/Tobyhanna Army Depot (CECOM SEC/TYAD) Worldwide Field Support at locations both CONUS and OCONUS. This project will provide the Army a global range of mission-essential logistics, sustainment and maintenance services for current and future Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, equipment, and ancillary operational requirements in support of the Joint Warfighter and coalition forces worldwide within the Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) regions. This position located on-site at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
The candidate will work closely with the client to perform the following:
+ Oversees the business and marketing operations of multiple stores in a large physical area, manages budgets, and sets performance objectives in a designated geographic area, such as in a specific county or across several states.
+ Manages daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
+ Plans, develops, evaluates, implements, and optimizes business plans.
+ Coordinates schedules and activities of store managers, guides management staff in assigned region, evaluates and optimizes operational performance, and conducts regular performance appraisals.
+ Ensures regulatory, quality, and company standards are followed; and prepares operations and financial reports.
+ Determines the operational practices of businesses managed, makes sure each runs smoothly, complies with marketing and sales campaigns, and achieves business goals and revenue targets.
+ Checks in on individual stores to make sure the stores are stocked, clean, and in proper working order.
+ Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and operations and finance reports.
+ Handles escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
+ Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, and supports local staff.
+ Directs and provides leadership to contractor and sub-contractor teams working with local, State, or Federal government programs in accordance with existing procedures, applicable laws, and government requirements.
+ Applies government warehousing systems and processes to their daily duties.
+ Applies warehousing terminology, measures, concepts and principles.
+ Ensures that all associated administrative procedures are current and audit ready.
+ Maintains an accurate physical inventory and quality control.
+ Interfaces with appropriate personnel or management to resolve systems and operations issues.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance.
+ Must have a High School degree or GED
+ A minimum of 8 years' experience:
+ Managing regional maintenance efforts across multiple Army units including: resource management, deployment coordination, and task management of large teams. Experience includes understanding of Post Development System Support (PDSS) for Army C5ISR systems.
+ Providing embedded technical support, maintenance, repairs, expertise, and advise to Army tactical units.
+ Providing training to Army units. Experience with New Equipment Training is required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in functional area: Life Cycle Logistics at the Advanced Practitioner level or a non-DoD equivalent certification in Acquisition Logistics or military/industry experience in logistics management with a focus on logistics operations similar in level of effort.
+ Bachelors degree in management, logistics or other related field.

Responsibilities- You are passionate and will consistently deliver daring license sales, support and service revenue targets – have the dedication and commitment to sales targets and deadlines.
- You will focus on penetration in Kuwait and Bahrain, conducting effective account planning and opportunity management.
- You are able to negotiate favourable pricing and business terms with large enterprises by selling value and return on investment.
- You will work with partners and alliances for maximum effectiveness.
- You will work closely with the sales engineering and in-house teams at Splunk, as well as partner services resources.
- You will utilise the Splunk sales methodology and processes effectively.
- You will work closely with both international and domestic colleagues at Splunk to expand deal size and value to the customers.
- You will provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly product management and marketing data.
- Extensive enterprise software selling knowledge and experience in Kuwait where you will be based.
- You demonstrate the ability to grow and scale upwards with the company.
- You have a strong charismatic executive presence and are well presented.
- You can make important forecasting commitments with accuracy.
- You possess outstanding management, social, written and presentation skills.
- You thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic and fun work environment and are comfortable being 'disruptive'.
- You are comfortable working independently and remotely from other team members and corporate offices.
- You have relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics, articulating this through previous use cases.
- You extensively use CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
- You have a proven track record of success with prospects and customers in the territory.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
