Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, aviation management, engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in the proposed ERP solution, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Certifications in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.

- Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding.
- Experience with deploying and maintaining the proposed ERP solution and related infrastructure.
- Experience with integrating ERP solutions with existing infrastructure, other systems, and applications used at KAC.
- Provide technical expertise on ERP system design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment following best practices.
- Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements to optimize processes, enhance customer experience, and reduce costs.
- Understand functional specifications and map them to ERP features.
- Document ERP processes and share best practices.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP system functionality.
- Train end-users and support them in using the ERP system effectively.
- Resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations on data privacy, security, and governance.
