About the Role

The Large Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing relations with a dedicated number of large accounts to sell Zain products & services ensuring achieving the set target while also ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support large segment managers in developing sales plans by providing input regarding their managed accounts.
  2. Develop/manage relationship with assigned large accounts, ensuring proactive identification of new customer needs / sales opportunities and managing all account related enquiries.
  3. Implement sales initiatives aimed at hunting of new large accounts and cross-selling / up-selling to existing ones.
  4. Identify and pursue opportunities in own verticals and accounts.
  5. Report status of opportunities in the pipeline on a regular basis, in alignment with relevant policies and processes.
  6. Provide customer insights to Marketing in support of new product/service development.
  7. Follow up as needed on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements.
  8. Remain up to date on the latest products, services, promotions, procedures and terminology for all Zain touch points and third-party services in order to suggest new opportunities to large customers by introducing new products or offers and upselling at every opportunity.
