Overview

Job duties include but are not limited to: To support the Environmental Department in two key areas: environmental KPI data analysis and the management of our internal environmental training programs. This role is essential in ensuring our environmental performance is effectively measured, communicated, and improved through accurate data reporting and consistent employee training.

• Collect, analyze, and report on environmental performance data (e.g., emissions, water, energy, waste) across departments.
• Maintain, track, and update internal environmental KPI dashboards.
• Identify data trends and assist with internal reporting and decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental data reports to direct manager for review.
• Support internal audits and inspections as per ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements.
• Create, coordinate, manage, and maintain the online environmental training system modules.
• Monitor training completion rates and ensure compliance with internal environmental training requirements.
• Work with department leads and HR to support onboarding and refresher training needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on training performance.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Strong skills in Excel and/or data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 requirements and environmental compliance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Description:

• Review, analyse, and evaluate as-is business processes of Plant Maintenance.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Ensure SAP PM is available to the users.
• Assist business by providing support and rollout new solutions around Plant Maintenance & asset management.
• Implement and support the best practice solutions across the business.
• Ensure optimal utilization of the system.
• Assist in analyzing complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Support business users in delivery of end user training as required
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Create and handle SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results
• Assist in optimizing functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline, Preferably Engineering, SAP Certification in SAP Plant Maintenance

Preferred Experience:

Preferably 2+ years relevant experience in the domain, 5+ years of experience in supporting SAP PM Module.

Knowledge of other SAP modules will be added advantage

Job-Specific Skills:

SAP configuration and implementation experience

General application demand management skills

Business knowledge in Material Management & Plant Maintenance

General experience in IT operations and support methodologies e.g., ITIL

Experienced in at least 2 full cycle project implementations/upgrades

Overview

This role entails providing data related to analysis of Sales performance and Business Plan Forecasts. They also support in providing Market trend analysis / insights to help make data-driven strategic decisions.

• Analyze Company projects Sales performance, Revenue and Financial metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for Sales Revenue analysis & all related metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies or underperforming areas/risks.
• Develop business cases & feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Gather data for Market research, Competitor analysis & Pricing strategies to support business decisions.
• Support the CEO/ C Suite for annual business plan, budgeting & revenue forecasting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably with a background in auditing.
• Previous experience working with C level executives.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, Data Analysis tools like Power Bi/Tableau

• Provide support to all users and remain the focal point of contact for sales solutions systems and promote DSV system usage.
• Support the team in all stages of the sales cycle and provide executive assistance to the country sales Director.
• Manage the onboarding phase of key new projects to ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Report to sales management on key accounts issues, revenue growth plans, action plans to resolve outstanding issues, etc.

• Master’s Degree an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry is preferable.
