EPortal is actively recruiting for the role of Director - Oracle Project Management & Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PMO processes and policies, direct project management staff, and work with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. You will direct and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals, objectives, and requirements.
Roles And Responsibilities

- Identifying and managing project risks and issues, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to mitigate risk and resolve issues.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and feedback for continuous improvement.
- A bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- PMP, RMP, ACP, PgMP and P3O certifications or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Experience in managing and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Fluency in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in Ahmadi. The ideal candidate must possess a recognized degree in Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. This experience should include field maintenance, repair, overhauling, and condition monitoring of various electrical equipment. At least 5 years of this experience should involve the preparation of periodical and preventive maintenance schedules using the latest software programs and coordinating their implementation with relevant personnel.
The candidate should have knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and be familiar with reliability improvement programs related to electrical maintenance activities in the Oil and Gas industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Ensure the implementation of routine, preventive, breakdown, shutdown, and major overhaul programs by the contractor’s personnel to meet maintenance goals at site and in workshops.
- Prepare maintenance plans, budgets, and schedules based on equipment status reports and condition monitoring data, incorporating maintenance recommendations.
- Assign manpower, equipment, tools, vehicles, and materials for maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support to resolve technical issues related to maintenance services.
- Supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, ensuring uninterrupted services and reporting status to the company.
