- Perform a full range of vehicle radio systems maintenance at the Field Level.
- Complete work assignments within required man hours standards and requirements.
- Use correct technical manuals, bulletins, and written directives in the performance of duty.
- Troubleshoot equipment, diagnose problems, and perform corrective actions.
- Order required repair parts using appropriate parts manuals and/or automated systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education/Certifications: One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if a degree is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a host nation driver license.
- Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a CAC.
- Experience: Three years of work experience in communication maintenance.

**The Engineering Technician III (Physical/Dimensional) - PMEL - Kuwait **Provides training and advice for repair, calibration, and modification of the wide variety of complex precision measurement equipment utilized by the GOK activities.**:
- **Provides technical and procedural advice and guidance to KAF personnel and other GOK personnel concerning metrology related matters such as: the repair, calibration or modification of precision measurement equipment, the conduct of laboratory operations and the resolution of customer measurement problems.**:
- **Provides in-depth technical expertise in one or more of the following disciplinary categories and can provide OJT (On the job) or formal classroom training as required.**:
- **Performs precision measurements, calibrations, modifications, maintenance and repair actions, and other functions as necessary in all areas of laboratory operations. Assists in obtaining and maintaining, laboratory QA accreditation.**:
- **Calibrates, modifies, and repairs automated/specialized physical/dimensional and electro-optical test equipment and systems, as well as general purpose test equipment. (The contractor shall provide OJT in this area).**:
- **Associates degree required in a relevant Mechanical discipline from an accredited school is preferred.**:
- **Ten (10) years of experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating physical and dimensional precision measurement equipment, and calibration laboratory reference standards.**:
- **OR** Completion of a U.S. Military precision measurement and calibration program, with Twelve (12) years of experience in the operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating physical/dimensional IM&TE.**:
- **Associates degree required in a relevant Mechanical discipline from an accredited school is preferred.**:

Electronic service technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing or replacing parts for all household appliances.
Job Responsibilities- Prescreen, identify, analyze, and repair appliance and electronic product failures ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Configuring/troubleshooting experience with hardware including audio-DSP, A/V control, video and audio devices, and USB based software applications.
- Order necessary parts after initial prescreen so they are in hand before going to customers' location.
- Perform daily administrative functions to include warranty claims and report submission.
- Maintain performance objectives as required by the company.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment and parts inventory.
- Rely on personal judgment for safety regarding work.
- Work independently without onsite supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- 3 to 5 years field service experience in all major home appliances.
- Possess appropriate Refrigerant Handling Certificate(s), CET, (HVAC) and other applicable appliance or electronics service certifications.
- Knowledge and proficient use of electronic and appliance and/or refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office and Smartphone technology with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair (lifting, bending, etc.).
