Job Description
- Single point of contact to create, execute training calendar and ensure strict adherence to the calendar programs. Devise mechanism to track training execution across stores/ territories.
- Coordinate with the operations team to identify training requirements and ensure program implementation across stores/ territories.
- Review existing training modules and update them on a periodic basis.
- Should possess basic understanding of content development objectives and should be able to create new training programs/ modules in coordination with the Operations head, subject matter experts and the concept training head (Specific to the concept/ territory).
- Conduct training for Backend & Frontend and should be ready to travel as and when required.
- Co-ordinate with the LRS to identify and plan training programs suited for multiple levels and functions both for Backend and Frontend staff at the concept office.
- Assist the concept training head in conducting training needs analysis on an ongoing basis to suggest/ plan training programs to enable better and trained staff (Backend and Frontend).
- Assist concept training head to coordinate with the operational/ functional heads and work along with the HR to identify if the training can be done in-house or need external vendor(s). In case of external training(s), identify external vendor(s), plan the training requirements and work closely with the finance to work on the budget and get the training organized.
- Strict adherence to budgets and explore possibilities of cost savings wherever possible.
- Strict adherence in maintaining the quality of training program(s) through regular feedback/ evaluation techniques, maintain proper database and make available whenever required. Ensure timely and correct MIS of training records available to all stakeholders whenever needed likewise published through training dashboard (OLM).
- Exposure to the Retail Industry.

**Primary Purpose**:
This position has the primary responsibility of strategically leading the successful delivery of academic skills instruction at the Oxford Learning center within a designated region. The Regional Director assumes a pivotal leadership role, being directly accountable for the strategic management and execution of educational initiatives integral to the overall success and efficiency of Oxford Learning Centers within the region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking academic strategy for the region, aligning it seamlessly with Oxford Learning's overarching goals and objectives.
- Strategically articulate the distinctive features of the Oxford Learning Program to school personnel, with the aim of expanding and enriching the client base.
- Strategically evaluate and provide comprehensive insights into overall student academic performance data and requirements through standardized testing methodologies, ensuring informed strategic decision-making at a leadership level.
- Monitor student academic plans at Oxford Learning Centers on regular basis, demonstrating a leadership approach to ensure alignment with broader educational objectives and sustained program effectiveness.
- Effectively implement and communicate center policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders, to guarantee the seamless and efficient operation of the center.
- Collaborate strategically with school personnels within the region, including counsellors and administration, to drive and optimize progress of all the students enrolled. This also involves implementing targeted marketing initiatives towards schools, conducting impactful visits, and maintaining regular, proactive communication with the school administration.
- Consistently evaluate the performance of the staff within the region and conduct monthly meetings to offer strategic feedback aimed at enhancing their effectiveness and, crucially, improving student outcomes.
- Work closely with the other Education Team Members to develop, organize and conduct academic workshops appropriate to the region and staff’s needs.
- Review overall student progress reports of the center and conduct regular meetings with tutors and coordinators to plan continued enrollment.
- Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive, up-to-date, and accurate records in the Oxford Learning student database within the region, as well as overseeing the organization of center resources and student records.
- Participate in Education and Career Development Team meetings and events.
- Interview and train potential tutors for the Center.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the functions of the support staff to ensure proper running of the center and plan human resources needs within the region.

About The Role
GenAI models are evolving rapidly, and one of our goals is to help them master subject-specific reasoning and support high-quality learning experiences. By joining our platform as an AI Tutor, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that focus on improving how AI understands, explains, and teaches technical and scientific subjects.
Although every project is unique, you might typically:
- Creating educational prompts that challenge AI's understanding in math, science, computer science, and related subjects
- Defining clear and structured scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated educational content
- Reviewing and correcting AI outputs based on your subject-matter expertise and teaching experience

Requirements
- You have a Master's degree or PhD in the STEM-related areas are preferred
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience teaching academic subjects (e.g. Math, History, Literature, etc.) at schools, universities, through tutoring, bootcamps, or online platforms
- Strong understanding of pedagogical strategies, different learning styles, and varying levels of student ability
- Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
- You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
- Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge
