As Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations, managing drivers, and ensuring vehicles are maintained and utilized effectively to support business needs.
Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
- Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of drivers to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Track KPIs and ensure deliveries are timely, cost-efficient, and compliant with policies.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to optimize distribution.
- 3–5 years’ experience in fleet management, logistics, or distribution (FMCG sector preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
