  • Able to interact confidently at all levels, both internally and in client facing situations
  • Highly customer focused with a personal commitment to quality and attention to detail

What you'll be doing

Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and touse appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant isaccountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of productsand merchandising. Our Consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms ofgrooming.

  • Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
  • Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
  • Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide assistance in satisfying those needs anmeeting or surpassing customers expectations
  • Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs
  • Demonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and products
  • Generate sales, while achieving line and sales targets, using make up knowledge
  • Sell-out target tracking at store level
  • Generate daily sales reports
  • Participate in achieving incentives
  • Track post-launch sales at store level
  • Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines
  • Ensure in store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves/counters, at appropriate times
  • Report stock shortages using the stock order form
  • Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures

What you'll be doing

The Role
- Control Agent to achieve the department’s target and maintain the market.
- Provide effective implementation of process and procedure set for the department, ensuring it meets the objectives and plans.
- Push Ooredoo products through teams (Physical, Electronic Recharge, SIM cards & mobile accessories or any other products provided by company related to telecom) over dealers & sub-dealers. Or any other market channels

Key Accountabilities and Activities
- Ensure all Ooredoo Products distribution under his supervision (Physical, Electronic Recharge, SIM cards & mobile accessories or any other products provided by company related to telecom) over dealers & sub-dealers. Or any other market channels
- Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their outlets on a daily basis as per the company’s instructions.
- Responsible for the achievement of distribution targets under his area of supervision.
- Review daily the service levels, sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in his team. This should be measured against the salesman’s agreed route plan.
- Ensure that his team control reconcile their stocks and cash deposit on a daily basis.
- Submit daily market feedback according with weekly market visit plan.
- Co-operate with sales support team to fix the terminals technical issue.
- Proactively manage and motivate his team to be highly productive and results oriented to ensure that the staff deliver the optimum and agreed level of contribution to Phono revenue and strategy.
- Work in accordance with the guide lines set by Ooredoo & Phono policies.
- Improve team performance through ongoing recommendation on training and coaching.
- Contribute to the company’s communication plan through attendance of regular team meetings, events and preparation of requested reports.
- Share knowledge and expertise with peers and team.
- Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
- Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma degree in business administration or similar discipline from recognized institution.

The Purpose

Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve Ooredoo's goals, focusing on superior customer service, business development, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Meet the sales targets for all Ooredoo products & services as set by Sales Operations.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Plan, analyze, and implement new methods to sell Ooredoo products to local dealers and sub-dealers.
  • Negotiate, recommend, and gain approval for new deals for POS, ensuring objectives and policies are met.
  • Monitor the financial performance of POS network against plans and budgets, and take remedial actions as needed.
  • Share customer and market feedback with management to influence decisions and actions.
  • Introduce new products and services to existing customers to improve sales productivity.
  • Anticipate customer needs and contribute to the development of new products and services to ensure competitiveness.
  • Participate in company communication plans through team meetings, reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Oversee the activity and performance of the FOS team, providing support on business cases.
  • Identify resources, assign workloads, and assist team members as required.
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales and service programs.
  • Oversee warehouse operations and determine stock quantities.
  • Review operational reports to project sales and profitability.
  • Monitor credit rotation and ensure credit limits are within approved levels.
  • Visit all A/B & C category POS once a month with QR check-in.
  • Drive distribution KPIs like Gross Add, DUAO, QUAO, and QURO, achieving monthly targets.
  • Ensure Ooredoo products & services are available at all telecom outlets.
  • Ensure Ooredoo brand & BTL materials are present at POS.
  • Implement corrective actions for non-performing team members and ensure completion of Individual Performance Plans (IPP).
  • Set monthly and yearly team KPIs.
  • Enhance team performance through SWOT analysis, coaching, and training.
  • Encourage teamwork through rewards and promotions.
  • Share knowledge and expertise within the team and with sales & marketing peers.
  • Contribute to event and exhibition planning.
  • Coordinate with purchase and logistics departments to ensure product flow.
  • Stay updated on developments, knowledge, and innovations in the field.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of local market conditions and areas.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Creative, innovative mindset, and leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
