A recruiting agency in Hawally is hiring part-time Arabic-speaking sales representatives to visit clients and secure job inquiries.
Salary: 300 KD
Transportation: Own car preferred (petrol allowance provided) or bus pass available for non-car owners.

To implement the Rental Sales department’s strategy through dealing with customers effectively by greeting them, processing (Local & International) rentals and selling optional services, resolving overdue rentals, responding to customer queries and complaints, servicing vehicles for customer rentals and communicating with drivers for delivery and collection of vehicles. Build rapport with the customers to guarantee business prosperity and repetition.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greets customers, attends customer queries, and arranges necessary to satisfy the customer demands
- Provides necessary advice and options for the customer’s vehicle needs by confirming the availability of vehicles, terms and conditions and applicable rental charges
- Attends customer calls and responds to their queries through phone, and performs necessary reservations as per client requirement by conforming the payment
- Provides rental offers to customers based on the standard rates, and also upon ensuring department’s rental underwriting procedures are followed
- Follows-up with customers before the expiry of the contract and inquires about the extension of contract as per customer requirement and updates in system
- Performs daily check on the over dues of vehicles not returned by the customer as per the current agreement and follow-up with customers on renewal
- Provides necessary instructions to driver to fill the activity log with opening and closing time of daily trips, name of driver, trip details with customer acceptance signature in case if the rental agreement or contract is Chauffeur driven
- Monitors duties, work schedules, company dress code and grooming standards (as per company guidelines) of drivers and reports any discrepancy to Branch Controller
- Monitors fuel card usage log for company fleet and report any misuse of company property from any staff or drivers to Branches controller
- Monitors and allocates monthly traffic penalty report received from Sales Administrator
