- Review and prepare shop drawings for structural, architectural, and MEP components.
- Monitor site progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues on-site to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and verify that materials and workmanship meet required standards.

As an Associate Director of Interior Design, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range and scale of projects from ideas through to delivery. In addition, to being a thoughtful leader who can motivate and develop teams.
This position will see the successful individual based from my client's head office but working across the wider GCC overseeing ID projects and working closely with the Interior Design Director - therefore, regular travel is required for this position.
The successful Associate Director will be offered:
- 4,000 KWD per month (depending on experience)

- Fluent in both written and spoken English
