We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX / Product Designer to join our growing UX & Product Design team. This role requires a designer who can think strategically, empathize with users, and translate business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to craft seamless user journeys and visually compelling interfaces that deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the end-to-end design process for web and mobile products — from research and ideation to prototyping and final UI delivery.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed UI designs in Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our products.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (concept through launch).
• Proficiency in Figma as a standard UI/UX design tool.
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, Webflow) is a plus.
• Experience working in SaaS, HR-tech, or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
