Qualifications:

15. Oversee the maintenance of data management system to ensure the coordination of all vehicles according to set schedules and requests

16. Oversee the maintenance, updating, and security of the Logistics Department's database, including all documents related to sales, registration, inspections, and maintenance of fleet vehicles.

17. Perform ad hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Ensure implementation of workplace health, safety, and environment policies and procedures. Ensure departmental reports are available on demand for ensuring compliance with ISO health, safety, and environment requirements during any third-party or insurance inspections.
  • Allocate sufficient resources (external resources) to meet health, safety, and environmental objectives.

Continuous Improvement

- Investigate, manage inputs, and recommend action to be taken when there are weaknesses in internal controls or compliance issues with set policies and procedures.

People Management

  • Prepare the annual manpower plan and coordinate with the HR & Administration Department on all recruiting activities for the division.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisals of departmental managers under the Supply Chain Division
  • Recommend salary adjustments, rewards, and promotions based on the employees' performance
  • Carry out disciplinary meetings whenever deemed necessary
  • Ensure the training needs of employees are identified and recommend relevant training initiatives that will assist in building a highly professional and knowledgeable workforce

Reports

  • Review and present reports on budget activity, including the identification of potential problems and recommendations for corrective actions and forecast trends to the direct management
  • Generate reports or financial information as needed by the top management or the Finance Department.
