**Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Business Strategy team solves some of the most exciting and important issues facing the business. In this role, you will support medium-to-long term projects and challenge the way we do things, driving innovation forward. The responsibilities will include:

- Discovering, analysing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex datasets to perform analyses
- Constantly optimising our business activity by submitting hypotheses based on, in particular, quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Working within and across departments to bring new strategies to life
- Producing reports for management review
- Embedding data into decision making across the business as well as up-skilling team members

**_ Qualifications_**

**Required Skills**:

- 2-4 years work experience, ideally with **2 years+** professional experience in a strategy consulting role
- Can demonstrate strong analytical achievements and confidence with numbers, tact along with humility and patience
- Good knowledge of Excel/GSheets
- A pragmatic, commercial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - cross-functional comms, training, outside scope/ad hoc
- Experience in working in a dynamic high-growth company
- Strong motivation with the ability to work quickly and accurately in tight deadlines
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

**Preferred Skills**
- Previous use of Looker
- A good understanding of SQL
- P&L and financial modelling experience
- Relevant sector expertise in a fast-moving consumer business or professional services
- Functional experience, e.g., commercial, pricing or consumer insight

We are looking for Senior Manager – Data Center Facility Management & Operations to drive the full lifecycle of our new data center—from design and construction to commissioning, and through to mission-critical live operations. Serve as the owner's representative during the build phase, embedding operational excellence into design. Post-handover, ensure the seamless daily management of all facility systems to maintain uptime, safety, and global compliance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the SPV and data center business plan, achieving alignment with corporate strategy while driving cost-efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Data center certifications such as CDCMP, CDCP, CDCS, Uptime Institute Tier Specialist, or equivalent are highly valued.
  • 12+ years in data center operations or critical facilities management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in managing mission-critical infrastructure to meet stringent SLA targets.
  • Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and financial planning skills.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, and familiarity with preventive maintenance and TCO‑driven practices.

  • Experience with data modeling tools
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google Big Query, Snowflake) is a plus.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
