We are seeking an experienced

Senior Electrical Engineer

to lead the electrical design review, installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems for our new state-of-the-art data center facility. This role ensures that all power infrastructure — including high-voltage, low-voltage, backup power, and distribution systems — is designed, installed, and commissioned in line with international standards, project specifications, and operational requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring operational readiness by developing procedures, maintenance plans, and technical documentation for seamless post-handover operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities Design Review & Technical Oversight Review and validate electrical designs, single-line diagrams, BOQs, and specifications for compliance with project requirements and standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, Uptime Institute). The Head of Operations – Kuwait will lead the end-to-end management and performance of Syntys’ data center operations in Kuwait. This role will have a dual reporting line. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of data center operations in Kuwait, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency across all facilities.
• Implement and enforce Syntys’ operational standards, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance.
• Drive operational readiness for new facilities, expansions, and upgrades in coordination with Engineering, Project Delivery, and EHS teams.
