Data Center Storage Engineers support the enterprise storage infrastructure for all sites within the RCC-SWA Area of Responsibility and provide optimization, administration and technical documentation for the enterprise storage infrastructure. DCSEs resolve enterprise-level change requests and act as the top-level of support escalation for all enterprise storage support issues. + Experienced with VMware storage requirements, configuration, and provisioning. Proficient in planning, installation, configuration, and upgrades of the NetApp storage infrastructure. The top-tier of support for storage projects and solutions for backup, disaster recovery, consolidation/de-duplication, data protection, performance, upgrades, and system audit tasks.
+ Documentation for Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for configuring and managing storage, storage networks, and physical disks as well as data protection, access control, resource monitoring and management, storage high availability, fault tolerance and scalable storage infrastructure.
+ The work environment will be 95% indoors and 5% outdoors.

Data Center Network Engineers support the Enterprise-class infrastructure of the RCC-SWA. RCC-SWA engineers provide optimization, administration, and technical documentation of all enterprise infrastructure systems. Responsibilities
+ Produce enterprise-level support for a dynamic and large-scale networking infrastructure from the perspective of service origination in the data center, as well as service delivery in the global transport architecture. Provide expert level knowledge of data center infrastructure hardware such as Nexus 9000 series switches, Fabric Extenders, UCS chassis' and UCS Fabric Interconnects. Along with assuming the expert role regarding vPC, FCoE, Catalyst VSS, MPLS L3VPN, eBGP/iBGP, OSPF/EIGRP, DMVPN, FlexPod design philosophy, among other tunneling and data center-centric technologies. While also offering a basic understanding of VMware's vSphere infrastructure and the virtual networking components for troubleshooting purposes.
+ Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the data center environment are primary roles in this position. Provides change control and engages Cisco TAC for issues, modifications and best practices when needed.
+ Monitors availability and reliability of the data center network and supported infrastructure utilizing DX NetOps Spectrum, SolarWinds Orion and Cisco DNA Center.
+ Executes engineering best practices in network builds, integration, testing, and documentation while adhering to security fundamentals provided by DISA's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Computer Science or MIS, IS, Engineering or related field. One-year related experience can be substituted for one year of education if the degree is required. Experience

Must have virtualization configuration and administration experience and understands VMware vSphere 6.0 and 6.5 technologies. Experienced with Cisco UCS management, C-series, and B-series servers. Experienced with regular virtualization capacity planning and reporting.
Certifications
This position requires candidates to adhere to DOD 8570.01-M. All candidates are required to maintain at least one (1) baseline certification and one (1) computing environment (CE) certification. The authorized certifications for this job title are listed as follows: IAT Level: IAT III

We are looking for Senior Manager – Data Center Facility Management & Operations to drive the full lifecycle of our new data center—from design and construction to commissioning, and through to mission-critical live operations. Serve as the owner's representative during the build phase, embedding operational excellence into design. Post-handover, ensure the seamless daily management of all facility systems to maintain uptime, safety, and global compliance.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the SPV and data center business plan, achieving alignment with corporate strategy while driving cost-efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Promote operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and performance benchmarking.
- Ensure flawless daily operation of power, cooling, fire suppression, environmental controls, and security systems.
- Maintain 100% uptime, meet SLAs, and uphold HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) best practices.
- Advocate for operational considerations during design and construction, reviewing technical specifications for maintainability and safety.
- Lead commissioning, acceptance testing, and handover processes against performance benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Data center certifications such as CDCMP, CDCP, CDCS, Uptime Institute Tier Specialist, or equivalent are highly valued.
- 12+ years in data center operations or critical facilities management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing mission-critical infrastructure to meet stringent SLA targets.
- Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and financial planning skills.
- Deep understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, and familiarity with preventive maintenance and TCO‑driven practices.

Overseeing the maintenance of power equipment from the main switch to the rack level PDU, such as UPSes, PDUs, and switch gear, is one of the primary roles. The job include gathering and analyzing data from computer systems, keeping historical records, and delivering statistical analysis to management.
The selected candidate will assist construction teams and contractors with on-site work, focusing on quality, speed, commissioning, issue resolution, and adherence to Google standards. They will also be responsible for initializing IT equipment, executing regular testing, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing.
Daily tasks include updating and documenting any changes in the computer room, continuously monitoring temperature and humidity levels, and adhering to industry standards through frequent audits and inspections.
