- **Membership Sales**: Proactively contact potential clients to inform them about the health club’s facilities, services, and membership benefits. Aim to secure new memberships and renew existing ones by effectively communicating the value and features of our health club.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. Understand and anticipate client needs to better align our offerings with their fitness goals.
- **Reporting and Administration**: Maintain accurate records of all contacts and conversations in the health club’s CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes for the Health Club Manager.
- **Feedback Collection**: Solicit feedback from clients and prospects to understand their satisfaction and concerns with the health club’s offerings. Use insights gained to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
**What are we looking for?**
- **Educational Background**: High school diploma required; a degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality or fitness industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage customers over the phone.
