Job Description

The Customer Service/Insurance Agent shall be responsible for providing effective and responsive customer service to all patients of Hadi Clinic Hospital. This position shall be responsible for delivering high standard of services relating to patient registration, appointment system, bookings, patient queries, billings, cashiering and insurance related issues.

Must be already residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency.

**Experience**:

- medical customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Arabic (required)
