What You Bring to the Table:

- Expertise in inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and warehouse management systems.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, route planning, and supply chain optimization.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS proficiency.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement, apply lean methodologies, and manage KPIs effectively.

Administer, operate, maintain, and sustain AFCENT SharePoint and other web technologies for standardized layout development, accessibility, and security.
This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities
Major Job Activities:
+ Administer, operate, maintain and sustain AFCENT SharePoint and other web technologies for standardized layout development, accessibility, and security.
+ Ensure information is cleared by the local Public Affairs office prior to publishing.
+ Ensure pages are not programmed with other languages without written approval from the AFCENT Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC).
+ Provide training to local end users, site owners, and knowledge managers (KM).
+ Ensure web technologies are in accordance with AFCENT Web Standardization Concept of Operations and Special Instructions to Communicators (SPIN-C).
+ Coordinate with the NOSC to maintain the integrity of enterprise applications.
+ During troop rotation, update pages with new Points of Contact (POCs) within the first two weeks of the active duty POC's rotation.
+ Update web pages within 72 hours of receiving an update request.
+ Coordinate squadron update requests with site owners.
+ Attend and participate in NOSC-directed meetings and conferences.
+ Augment the Base Record Manager, Base Publication Manager, and the Base Privacy Manager.
+ Perform maintenance and management of physical records, electronic records, publications, and SharePoint.
+ Serve as the record custodian and provide continuity between active duty member rotations.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee compliance of all associates with established Company policies, procedures, and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales and record-keeping procedures.
- Train, coach, and manage all associates in execution of operations tasks, i.e POS procedures, return procedures, alteration requests, safety and security procedures, etc.
- Assist in supervision, staffing and scheduling of the workforce with particular emphasis in areas such as Cashiers, Security, Receiving, and Maintenance. Control expenses and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
- Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV's to Corporate to maintain the accuracy of the inventory.
- Ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts as directed.
- Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution and/or the corporate inventory control.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all back-of-house operations are properly set-up and organized
- Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with all opening/closing and security procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified applicants to meet the store's needs.
- Ensure that New Hire, benefit enrollments, and employee change forms are submitted correctly and in a timely manner,
- Assist with the process of staffing, payroll management, and scheduling of associates, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.

**Skills and Competencies**:
- Ability to manage store operations, including payroll, Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving, Alterations, and facilities management effectively.
- Ability to produce, complete, and maintain records and documentation pertaining to work force.
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including POS systems, inventory control systems, phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, and all other office equipment.
