As a Cybersecurity Information Assurance Vulnerability (IAVM) Compliance Manager , you will ensure a robust security posture and compliance adherence to DoDIN cybersecurity governance within the SWA AOR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vulnerability management and compliance, leading teams and contributing to the security resilience of the DoDIN in the SWA AOR. You will act as the operations liaison between the military, customers, and the business community, working closely with supervisors to ensure an efficient team environment.

This position offers company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus, and tuition reimbursement. You must meet all host country requirements to legally work there.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize automated compliance assessment tools for vulnerability metrics.
2. Ensure compliance with DoD and federal cybersecurity policies, regulations, and standards.
3. Develop and implement incident response plans, investigate security incidents, and provide reports and recommendations.
4. Maintain security policies, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate on risk mitigation strategies.

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the telecommunications sector.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Compliance & Governance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing governance frameworks, and managing investor relations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Budgeting: Develop departmental objectives and KPIs aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Prepare and monitor the annual budget to ensure financial performance and accountability. 2. Policies & Procedures: Design and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. 3. Investor Relations: Serve as the key contact for shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors. Manage investor communications and maintain records of interactions. 6. People Management: Identify recruitment needs and coordinate with HR. Conduct staff appraisals, manage team performance, and facilitate training and development. Supervise daily team operations, including attendance and task distribution. 7. Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on departmental performance and compliance outcomes to senior management. Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Professional certifications such as CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in compliance, governance, or a related field. Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) is required.

● This position will support and enhance the Global Compliance Program.

● Lead the development, implementation, and rollout of internal compliance policies across relevant jurisdictions.

● Review, draft, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with regulatory expectations and internal governance.

● Supervision of compliance with regulatory requirements related to scope areas

● Reporting, analysis and scaling of relevant compliance metrics.

● Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues

Qualifications What Did We Order?

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification preferred: e.g. CAMS, ICA, CRCM).

5+ years of experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory role, ideally in a multinational or regulated environment.

Proven experience managing KYB, due diligence, and third-party risk processes.

Strong understanding of sanctions regulations, AML and CTF, and general regulatory frameworks.

Experience in drafting, rolling out, and maintaining policies and SOPs.

Familiarity with compliance monitoring frameworks and audit processes.

Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver global or regional compliance initiatives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to assess risk and recommend actionable controls.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
