• Must have Design project management background.
• Has worked as Lead or Senior Architect.
• Gained 10-12 years’ experience in large scale design projects.

• Has Software experience using CAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project.
• Has knowledge and experience of scheduling, planning methods and tools.
• Has knowledge and experience of conditions of contracts, design processes and standards.
• Understands International codes and standards, local regulations and standards related to projects.

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Design or Engineering.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI).

• Has excellent communication in English (Arabic is desirable).

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various projects from conception to completion. You must have the ability to organize and manage resources and personnel to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in project management and should demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. You must also have the ability to remain calm under pressure and lead a team effectively. Previous experience dealing with international teams is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:
