What You Will Do
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, using guest names when possible and routing calls accurately.
Handle and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for rooms, spa, restaurants, and in-room dining services.
Manage and respond to the hotel’s reservations and guest communications email inboxes.
Run daily reports and distribute to relevant departments including Sales & Marketing and senior leadership.
Process messages, mobile instant messages, wake-up calls, and facsimiles in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle guest concerns and complaints with care, in line with Four Seasons policies.
Contact guests prior to arrival for preferences or special requests, and ensure accurate updates in the system.
Confirm and guarantee reservations, clear waitlists, and highlight VIP or Special Attention guests.
Support guest recognition efforts by verifying profiles and flagging return guests.
Coordinate with Front Desk and Central Reservations to review bookings and resolve inconsistencies.
Support minor technical issues involving phones, fax machines, or internet services in guest areas.
What You Bring
Excellent communication skills in both
English and Arabic.
At least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hospitality environment.
Strong administrative and computer literacy skills.
A proactive approach, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for guest service.
