We are looking for an Individual with a track record of being a go-getter with a creative mindset and strong commercial acumen skills.
Please note that 90% of your activities will be on the field.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
- Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with dealers and sales.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-6 years of high-volume corporate field Collections experience is a must.
- Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience a plus
- Excellent English written and verbal communication abilities. Arabic language is a plus.
- Driving license is a must.
- Kuwait residential with civil card ID is must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the identification and definition of intelligence needs to fill gaps relevant to influence, counterinfluence, and situational awareness in the information environment.
- Ensure the right information is collected to support strategic messaging, threat detection, and narrative countermeasures, bridging operational planning and intelligence execution in the digital battlefield.
- Develop and manage Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), Essential Elements of Information (EEIs), and collection strategies to support OIE planning and assessment.
- Submit, track, and refine collection requirements using systems such as COLISEUM, PRISM, or MIDB.
- Coordinate with J2, ISR planners, targeting analysts, and Information Force and capabilities leads to ensure OIE-relevant intelligence needs are identified and resourced.
- Support the planning and synchronization of collection efforts related to adversary decision-making, narrative exposure, disinformation tracking, social media activity, and other information environment indicators.
- Ensure collection requirements support Measures of Performance (MOP), Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), and post-operation impact assessments.
- Identify and recommend new collection approaches for assessing foreign audience perceptions, influence vectors, and cross-domain effects.
- Provide reach-back support and coordination with national, theater, and tactical ISR assets and intelligence organizations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence collection management or ISR planning, including direct support to joint, interagency, or CCMD operations
- Strong working knowledge of intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT) and ISR platforms
- Experience using DoD and IC collection systems such as COLISEUM, PRISM, HOTR, or MIDB
- Familiarity with joint planning processes (JOPP, MDMP) and Annex B (Intelligence) and Annex K (IO) integration
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of a service or joint collection management course (e.g., DIA Collection Management Course, Army MI Officer Collection Manager Course, Air Force 14N ISR Operations Course, or equivalent)
- Experience supporting a J39 or J2 staff at a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, or Service Component
- Understanding of IRCs (MISO, MILDEC, OPSEC, Cyber) and their intelligence support requirements.
- Familiarity with intelligence requirements related to adversary decision-making processes, influence operations, or disinformation campaigns

**You’ll Bring These Qualifications**:
- Must have a TS/SCI

- A minimum of six years Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- Knowledge and familiarity of Google Earth,

- Strong writing and briefing skills

Key Accountabilities and Activities- Ensure timely dunning actions and manage dunning events daily.
- Filter customer updates/payments from the dunning list.
- Quality check Dunning SMS/Notifications for consistency and timeliness.
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding delays in dunning events, notify, and seek approval to send dunning events.
- Perform Bill Sample planning.
- Review test data and request test bill generation.
- Conduct testing and prioritize failed test cases based on impact and severity.
- Escalate issues for fixing and provide justification for critical failures, seeking top management approval if necessary.
- Propose mitigation options for failed test cases, such as proactive customer notifications or bill run exclusions.
- Keep customers informed about unpaid bills to facilitate timely settlement.
- Handle billing inquiries promptly and consult with the Collection Team Leader on complex cases.
- Be familiar with payment options, bill settlement choices, and credit procedures to advise customers accurately.
- Negotiate payment arrangements for overdue accounts.
- Achieve individual collection targets as per action plans.
- Update system actions and database regularly.
- Onboard new customers from a collection perspective, advising on payment methods to reduce delinquency.
- Stay informed of developments and innovations in the field.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, with appropriate registration.
- Credit Risk and Receivables management certification is advantageous.
- 2-3 years of experience, depending on progression.
- Experience in Collection and Telecom Billing.
- Experience as a tester.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Thorough understanding of Telecom Billing & Rating concepts.
