High Window Medical Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Surgical Nurse with a strong background in orthopedic surgeries to support our growing network of procedures. The nurse will play a direct and hands-on role in intra-operative, orthopedic care — actively assisting surgeons during operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures , including preparation, sterilization, instrumentation, and real-time support during operations.
- Collaborate directly with surgeons, and surgical techs in several hospitals.
- Liaise between suppliers, surgeons, and hospitals to ensure availability and compatibility of orthopedic implants and tools.
- Ensure strict adherence to surgical safety standards, sterile field protocols, and documentation of operative notes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid MOH license in Kuwait.
