  • Follow up on sent, expiring, or unbooked quotations
  • Contribute to dispute resolution
  • Coordinate with prices, freight, and DDSM claims
  • Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products
  • Provide backup support for Outside Sales or Inside Sales
Educational Background & Experience
  • University degree in Marketing with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the shipping industry
  • Experience in account and portfolio management, supporting external sales teams with meeting preparation and client follow-ups
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of shipping services, customer needs, and market dynamics, with strategic thinking and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in computer applications; must be based in Dammam

Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative in Kuwait.
  2. Strong market scanning and prospecting skills.
  3. Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Experience in the aluminum industry is a must.
  5. Good network of contacts with contractors, consultants, and designers in Kuwait.
  6. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  7. Must have a private car and a valid Kuwait driving license.
  8. Must know how to read AutoCAD - Drawing.
  9. Bachelor's degree is required.
