In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for resolving technical issues by providing timely troubleshooting, guidance, and support for computers, networks, and related systems. You’ll deliver clear, customer-focused assistance while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

- Create and manage user accounts within a Microsoft domain environment.
- Add and remove computers from the domain.
- Assign users to appropriate groups and apply necessary permissions.
- Create and manage Exchange mailboxes.

- Troubleshoot and configure printers, including mapping shared printers.
- Document all support actions and troubleshooting steps for reporting and tracking purposes.
