Ensures that the product quality satisfies client specifications by collecting samples and performing tests to determine the physical and chemical characteristics of raw materials, process materials, and finished products.

• Follow the rules and procedures for the activities of the Quality Control Department to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collect, prepare, and test samples for lime, dolomite, and other raw materials in accordance with product specifications.
• Prepare and verify/standardize chemical reagents and standard solutions necessary for analyses.
• Manage laboratory equipment and perform user-level maintenance.
• Monitor and calibrate/verify laboratory equipment and report any abnormalities or irregularities.
• Conduct periodic inventory of chemicals, instrument parts, supplies, and other consumables.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for raw materials, online production, and finished product sampling for quality testing.
• Record daily quality results.
