**The Purpose**:
**Responsible for managing one or more projects within the constraints of scope, resources, deliverables, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Responsible for directing and coordinating professional staff and/or work force in the design and production of product and service consistent with the goals and objectives of the project, having regard to innovative solutions, value management, cost-effectiveness, functional efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate Project Management activities within technology division. Ensure that projects are tracked, reported, risk identified and mitigated. Provide support for Project development and Project Management presentations and project implementations. Follow OK PLM life cycle process.**

**Key Accountabilities & Activities**:

- Recognize the project's Key Success Indicators and manage the work within scope, resources, deliverables, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Ensure all the project's requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood, documented and properly translated for production.
- Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented in a Business Case and/or Project Brief, as appropriate, and vigorously pursued.
- Establish and update project plan with actual and forecasts maintaining a standard predefined PM procedure. Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Prepare short-term plans or stage plans as the project progresses.
- Enter the data and information necessary for creating projects for Project Costing Lifecycle Management & Track in our Enterprise Resource Planning Tool.
- Manage deviations from plan through change control process.
- Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project parameters.
- Projects and program management following the project management methodology as defined by company.
- Ensure timely activity, integration and productivity of technical support.
- Administer efficient use of resources to meet requirements with clear identification of task completion.
- Conduct BIA (Business Impact Analysis) as required.
- Analyse impact on other systems/elements on the existing infrastructure
- Manage conflicts to an early resolution.
- Identify, quantify and follow up issues likely to cause risk or delays to projects.
- Liaise with project's sponsor and owner's representatives or users on issues.
- Liaise with supplier and contractor representatives.
- Confirm and disseminate all applicable professional, technological, regulatory standards and guidelines applicable to the work.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control is followed.
- Facilitate project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation.
- Escalate decisions and any unresolved issues to the next level of management and make recommendations.
- Facilitate communication as appropriate to all involved and maintain contact with owner's stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and/or level of satisfaction with progress and performance.
- Document and report all obstacles, delays, and claims.
- Track and report progress including realistic forecasts of final target positions.
- Coordinates interdepartmental functions in order to minimize delays.
- Exchange ideas, information and opinions with all stakeholders to arrive at decisions, conclusions, solutions, or solve disputes.
- Prepares and delivers formal presentations to colleagues and management.
- Prepare an end of project report. Close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.
- Manage the transfer of care, custody and control of the final product/service.
- Ensure proper assembly of documentation.
- Assist Manager in achieving department’s objectives.
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively. Hold regular status meetings with project team.
- Quality checks all plans and deliveries in terms of data integrity and accurateness.

The Purpose

The position entails undertaking project management, analysis, coordination, and is responsible for defining and updating strategies that drive growth for the company along with associated initiatives.

This position will work closely with the Strategy & Business Development unit team and with other divisions in portfolio strategy, financial planning, future trends, new growth opportunities, and competitor analysis.

This position provides a complete range of information and insights support to business managers, including decision support indicators based on targets, actual, assessment etc. to facilitate decision making.

This position will also monitor activities to ensure that they are in line with the agreed Strategy, KPIs, and Business Plan targets and perform various business analysis activities to ensure that Ooredoo Kuwait meets its strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities

Support the development and monitoring of the company’s growth strategy and operational excellence based on analysis of industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance.

Support the definition of specific, measurable strategic goals for the company.

Support the design of business scaling & revenue growth strategy for Telecom.

Support Strategy & Business Development Director and team members to help set the overall strategic direction of the company, and to design key initiatives including growth strategy and operational excellence

Perform Trends analysis and new growth opportunity / competitor analysis including peers’ performance

Support with business integration & design strategy for revenue increase.

Provide information / trend analysis on emerging global markets.

Analyse commercial trends and performance and interpret them

Assist in the efficient designing / implementation of strategic initiatives.Assist in building, verifying and monitoring Ooredoo Kuwait Business Plan

Assist in building and updating the internal and external environment assessment as part of the strategic cycle

Support the Build-up of the strategic framework and market model and forecastsWork closely with the different teams across the organisation in the support of developing the business strategy and its sets of strategic initiatives.

Support the Business Planning and Strategy Development and cascading business strategy into the operational plans.

Provide reports and presentations for reviews.Deliver analytically rigorous and data-driven insights that assist the company executives in making strategic decisions and drive business prioritisation.

Deliver data-based insights to support actionable strategic direction, corporate prioritisation, and strategy communication (build link with Business intelligence team and finance to get the relevant feed of data and analysis)

Create and manage reporting systems.

Deliver periodic reports on key performance metrics for business parameters.

Set up measures and monitoring mechanisms to regulate and control the Costs initiatives

Conduct regular business and sensitivity analysis and report findings to Department head and leadership

Monitoring, tracking and reporting on the plan KPIs metrics on quarterly basis (and upon significant changes). Updating the plan periodically and report on results.

Analyse market share in value and volume

Analyse competitor activities and their performances

Prepare presentations with inputs and relevant insights to assist the management team in decision making

Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management , Economics, Statistics, IT , or any relevant business field

Requirements

3-4 years’ experience with a minimum 3 years’ experience in a related role is mandatory.

Track record in business analysis.

Good knowledge of telecom industry.

Possess financial acumen with the ability to link and correlated between business strategy/initiatives, operational plans and financial performance.

Strong analytical skills and financial modelling capabilities.

Good interpersonal & communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Ability to communicate with various levels of management.

Ambitious and result driven. Ability to cope with deadlines

Ability to drill-down and perform root-cause analysis

Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities

Travel Operations Specialists

to join our Business Services team, ensuring smooth travel for colleagues and guests from countries all around the world to our company meetings and industry events. Our team set travel policy, support travel decisions, respond to travel emergencies and are responsible for supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Engage with colleagues to address travel queries and issues Work with the wider business services team on company and industry event plans Hold travel vendors accountable for providing excellent service Check invoices to ensure accurate charges and timely payments, credits and refunds for travel Monitor trends, spend, emissions and compliance with company policy Track unused tickets, credits and airline points usage

What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's in business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in retail ops, inventory, or logistics. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry. ERP know-how—Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred. Excel wizardry and familiarity with tools like Asana are a plus. Fluent in English (Arabic or another language? Even better). Detail-oriented and organized to the core. A multitasking ninja with great time management.
