  • Drive market profiling and customer/competitor research & analysis to understand market opportunities and challenges
  • Develop effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth
  • Responsible for achieving customer business targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill customer requests and promoted services
  • Identify customer needs to secure new business and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (pricing, operations, sales and IP sector heads) to ensure service excellence
  • Develop competitive and consistent responses to RFI, RFQ, RFP
  • Lead analysis of tender requirements and coordinate stakeholders to submit proposals and win business
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints
  • Engage in strategic customer interfaces and engagements
  • Implement business development plans to achieve targeted growth, retention, revenue targets and budgets
  • Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities in assigned sectors
  • Provide customers with advice to facilitate business performance reviews
  • Analyze profitability and market conditions to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop commercial strategies including planning, initiatives, tools and budgets aligned with business objectives
  • Support Country IP Head to implement overall Business Development strategy
  • Maintain good communication with other functions
  • Comply with QHSE procedures and participate in QHSE programs
  • Propose solutions for complex customer projects and coordinate commercial and operational matters
  • Share best practices and ensure customer data is maintained for targeting of global IP customers
  • Coordinate sales efforts with inside sales and provide data flow to product management
  • Travel for meetings and operations when needed
Qualifications
  • Education background minimum Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding / Project Logistics (min. 8 years)
  • Experience in Project Logistics at management level (min. 5 years)
  • English fluency both in writing and speaking
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Results oriented with respect
  • New Business Development and Account Management, commercial mindset, sales forecasting, price setting, project management and stakeholder management
  • Presentation, storytelling, communication skills (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Influencing and negotiation, planning, organizing, controlling business processes
  • Analytical thinking and strong analytical skills
